Rates and Availability

The house is available for Peakand Non-Peak short-term periods
throughout the winter
(December 24, 2004 to April 15, 2005)
(Rental periods must include at least one 2 day weekend stay)
All rents subject to State of New Hampshire rooms occupancy tax (add 9% )

Requests will be considered in the order received.

Cancellation policy:

Replacement is recognized upon receipt of a deposit and an executed rental agreement from another tenant for an occupancy period that includes a cancelled agreement period.

• No refund within 60 days of rental period with no replacement.
• 50% refund with 60 days or more notice and no replacement.
• 100% refund with replacement.
